About Us

 Landmark is a real estate investment company formed by a group of international institutional and strategic investors. Landmark was incorporated in Luxembourg in April 2005 to invest in real estate opportunities in the countries of Central and Southeastern Europe

The first building is rented by BauMax, and the second is rented by other commercial sites, supermarket, restaurant - cafe, fashion, consumer electronic goods, sports apparel, furniture, etc. Total lettable area is 26 400 square meters in two buildings that share a common open area for parking 450 cars.
